Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, scraping, or uploading data you do not own.

You retain ownership of everything you connect. By connecting a source you grant Kikback a non-exclusive, revocable license to anonymize, aggregate, and license that data to vetted buyers on your behalf. Revoking a source withdraws that license for all future sales.

Kikback pays a $5 bonus per newly connected source and passes through 80% of net revenue from datasets containing your contributions; Kikback retains 20% as a platform fee. Balances become payable once they reach the stated minimum and are disbursed on the published schedule. Earnings projections shown in the product are estimates, not guarantees.

Buyers agree to use purchased datasets only for the stated purpose, to make no attempt to re-identify contributors, and to purge revoked records at each refresh cycle. Violations terminate access and may incur liability.

Do not upload data belonging to other people, protected health information you are not authorized to share, or content that violates law or a third-party agreement. Do not attempt to manipulate valuation, referrals, or payouts.

The service is provided as-is while in early access. We may modify features, pricing, and these terms; material changes will be announced by email before taking effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kikback is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to or by you in the preceding twelve months.

You may close your account at any time in Settings, which stops all future licensing and deletes your stored archives. Accrued unpaid balances remain payable.
