Privacy Policy

The short version
You own your data. We never sell anything you haven't explicitly consented to. Every consent is revocable, every sale is logged in your consent ledger, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
- Data you connect: archives you upload (for example Google Takeout) or accounts you connect, plus derived metadata such as record counts, date ranges, and quality signals.
- Product analytics: pages visited, key actions, and how you found us. Used to improve the product and measure marketing.
- Payout information: balances and transaction history.
How your data is shared
Data is only made available to a buyer when you have granted consent for that source. Buyer-facing listings are anonymized and aggregated: buyers see category, volume, freshness, and quality — not your identity. Direct identifiers are stripped before any dataset leaves our systems.
How you get paid
You receive a $5 bonus per connected source and 80% of the revenue generated by datasets that include your contributions. Earnings and their source are itemized in your dashboard.
Revocation and deletion
Disconnecting a source stops future use immediately and is written to your consent ledger. Deleting your account removes your archives, derived records, and profile. Buyers who already received a delivered dataset are contractually required to purge revoked records at the next refresh cycle.
Security
Archives are stored in private, per-user encrypted storage. Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security so no member can read another member's data. See our Trust & Security page for detail.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Export and deletion are self-serve in Settings; for anything else contact privacy@kikback.online.
